General Questions
Transpersonal coaching expands traditional coaching by integrating the full range of human experience: the psychological, ecological, relational, embodied, symbolic, and spiritual dimensions. It helps clients align their daily life with their deepest essential self, working with transcendent states such as intuition, creativity, flow, and spiritual connection.
Our Professional Coaching Programme is designed for a multidisciplinary cohort including coaches, HR professionals, and mental health practitioners. Prior coaching experience is not required. What matters is your willingness to engage in deep personal inquiry.
Upon successful completion of the Professional Coaching Programme, Founding Cohort graduates will receive a retroactive Certificate of Completion once CTS achieves ICF Level 1 accreditation, recognising their training as ICF-accredited coaching education.
This positions you to apply for your Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential via the Level 1 Application Path. This is a streamlined route where your training hours and performance evaluation are pre-verified by CTS, bypassing the slower and more costly Portfolio Path.
CTS is currently seeking ICF Level 1 accreditation. Our curriculum is meticulously designed to align with the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
Once we achieve accreditation, our graduates will be positioned to pursue their ACC credential via the Level 1 Application Path, a streamlined route where their training and performance evaluation are pre-verified by CTS, bypassing the slower and more costly Portfolio Path.
Founding Cohort graduates will receive retroactive certificates recognising their completion of ICF-accredited training upon successful achievement of our accreditation status.
Our retreats are five-day immersions held in natural sanctuaries, designed for deep restoration and realignment. Masterclasses are half-day or one-day focused sessions on specific transpersonal themes such as shamanism, constellations, or holding sacred space.
Logistics & Practicalities
The programme runs for seven months and includes 134 hours of teaching across seven modules, 7 hours of group mentor coaching, and supervised practice sessions.
The programme uses a hybrid format combining intimate in-person intensives with live virtual modules, group mentor coaching, and supervised practice within a supportive container.
Yes. All one-day course fees can be credited towards your tuition should you choose to join our Professional Training within the same academic year.
Our admissions process has two steps: first, attend a free Online Information Evening to meet the founders and learn about our approach. Then, if you wish to be considered for a place, book a 1-on-1 Discovery Call with one of our founders.
